Dr. Fisher earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from West Virginia University in 1987. He earned his Doctor of Medicine from Marshall University School of Medicine in 1993 and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Richland Memorial Hospital in 1996. His areas of special interest are Geriatrics, Minor Office Procedures, and Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, and High Cholesterol.
